Child & Adolescent
A safe and supportive environment where children and adolescents can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and work through their challenges to improve their overall well-being and functioning. Our trained child therapists use multiple modalities to effectively engage children at their developmental level. Our therapists work closely with couples and families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.

Our co-parenting therapy services provide supportive guidance for families navigating family transitions, helping to foster effective communication and collaboration for the well-being of their Children.

Couples
Online or in-person, couple counseling is designed to help couples evaluate their relationship and effectively address their disagreements and areas of conflict and dissatisfaction. They learn skills for managing conflict, communicating effectively, and resolving emotional disturbances and dysfunctional patterns of interpersonal behavior. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

Clinical Supervision and Consultation
Supervision entails bi-weekly meetings to help therapists enhance clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and self-awareness, while also meeting licensing requirements. Specifically, it is designed to support growth in areas such as case conceptualization, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, and matching evidence-supported techniques with presenting problems. Clinical consultation can be ongoing or as needed depending upon the needs and goals of the clinician.

Neuropsychological Testing and Diagnostic Evaluation
Our clinicians have extensive training in neuropsychological evaluations and over 30 years of combined experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and making professional recommendations in school and clinical settings. They are well-versed in IEPs and 504 plans, as well as educational best practices. Our psychoeducational assessments are tailored to each student or client’s unique concerns with findings and interpretations that are scientifically derived. Our recommendations are evidence-based, reasonable to implement, and clearly communicated.
